Hakim Dyer, CEO of Sparen Advisory, is a seasoned international financier and real estate expert with over 27 years of experience in commercial lending, real estate development, and economic development. As Managing Partner of Dyer Bermingham, a Washington, DC-based consulting firm, he advises early-stage and middle-market businesses, NGOs, and public entities on financial structuring, cash flow management, and strategic planning. Mr. Dyer has spearheaded global initiatives, including structuring the first Shari’ah-compliant residential and commercial finance securitization in U.S. history and designing innovative "green mortgage" programs. He has raised and managed over $1 billion in funding, collaborated with global institutional and private investors, and led impactful real estate and community development projects.

A Dartmouth graduate with advanced honors from L’Institut des Sciences Politiques in Paris, Mr. Dyer is recognized for his expertise in leveraging finance to drive sustainable growth and community transformation.
